New to this & Tubal Reversal momma

So, I’m totally new to this forgive me if I am writing or doing this question stuff in the wrong spot 😬.

So I had a TL in 2014 and TR in 2019. We got pregnant almost immediately after our tubal reversal, 2nd cycle. Our 1st reversal baby is now 2. We found out we were pregnant in March by surprise that pregnancy ended by miscarriage about a week after we found out. After that experience we decided we want to try for reversal baby #2! We have been trying since my cycles started to get back to normal, which was about May. We haven’t been as luck in getting pregnant fast this round. I’m wondering if we have any other tubal reversal moms on here, and just over all advise I’m trying not to do the OPKs and temps, for myself I feel like it becomes a chore and maybe gets me a bit more bummed out when I don’t see a positive at the end of the month and having followed all the steps. So I’m trying to just rely on my own body signs.
