Feeling defeated.

Had a face full of acne at 6 dpo, light cramping-twinging, back ache 6-7 dpo, & extreme thirst (still going on) got a cold on 7 dpo. Breasts looked swollen 8 dpo. Still feel that way but no tingling in nipples or painful yet. These all seemed like super solid symptoms & I was so excited this could be our chance. The back aches & cramping have basically stopped now & acne is going away for the most part, does this mean I’m out? Anybody else’s symptoms stopped for a bit and they were still pregnant?
