Symptoms gone?

I’m 8 weeks 3 days pregnant and have been very sick since about 6 weeks. For the past couple days my nausea is nearly gone and I feel much better. This has me really worried! I’ve also had some cramping so I can’t shake the feeling something is wrong. My boobs still hurt, but just feeling nervous that my nausea has seemed to really improve out of nowhere and I thought symptoms were supposed to peak around this time. Has anyone had a similar experience??
