Upcoming surgery

I have a SLAP tear and will be having shoulder surgery in two days. My DD is 14 months and still nurses 4x daily. I will be in a shoulder immobilizer for 4 weeks with only passive movements allowed, then a regular sling for another 4 weeks. Anyone have any advice on how to nurse after surgery without messing up my shoulder? I'm stressing out about it so much and neither of us are ready to wean.

ETA - I will have full time round the clock help for both myself and for care for my children for the first 4 weeks.
