Sex in a long distance relationship
Hi! I’m in a long distance relationship and we get to see each other every 3-4 months. (Although in 2 months no more distance woohoo!) anyways, is it normal for my cycle ti get totally messed up after each visit? It seems like going from having regular sex during visits to stopping cold Turkey when we leave messes up my cycle and hormones. By month 3 no sex I’m a totally wreck hormonally, is this normal??
