Yes and no but everyone has different terms of cheating! For me an emotional connection with the Opposite sex specially in a ldr can be very disheartening and to me I am not okay with that. But I trust my partner to be able to communicate with me and he’s never gave me a reason to not trust him! So I say if he’s gave you a reason then you shouldn’t be with him!

overthinking is normal, being attached to someone and scared of being hurt is normal. But if they give you actual reasons to be worried or don’t reassure when you overthink thats not good.

If you trust him you shouldn't be worried. 
If you're worried you probably don't trust him. What's the point in staying in the relationship if there's no trust?
