I’ve had two babies from 2018-2021
I feel so self conscious of my body. I don’t have the time to go to the gym as I am such a busy mom
I feel like I can’t loose weight in my stomach for the life of me I just feel so unhealthy and uncomfortable
Does anyone have any tips or tricks or things to eat or so that’ll help speed up the process
I’m having no jeans fit also!
