Marijuana smell, would this bother you?

Hello moms, would this situation bother you? My husband (ex after our divorce is final) and I have a 3 year old boy and I’m 25 weeks pregnant with our second. He is an avid marijuana smoker, which I don’t mind, just ask him to keep it away from our son. Today I went to go grab my sons car seat from his car and it was in the trunk, I asked him why and he says he smokes (weed) in the car when he drives to and from work. He says he never smokes around our son. I’m not sure if I’m being hormonal from being pregnant but I was pissed because he takes our son in the car quite often and his car already smells like smoke from the previous owner. He says it’s no big deal because it’s marijuana and not cigarette smoke and I’m overreacting. Please be nice and no negative comments 🥹 would it bother you if your child was around third hand smoke?

* Note- He is the GM at a dispensary and I know it’s illegal to for him to drive and smoke. I don’t support this at all. I also have nothing against weed, just not around our children.
