She’s outside with pepper spray

I posted a poll just now asking if you would re-home an adult cat that attacks visitors (including small children: my nieces and nephews) and your small dog (Yorkie & Chihuahua mix) unprovoked. Like when they try to pass by and he’ll just attack them. The cat also tried to attack my neighbor when she was outside with her puppy (shared backyard) but my neighbor ran away. She is terrified of cats, now more than ever and I can understand. But now she is outside with her puppy and she has pepper spray. She said “I’m sorry but if your psycho cat attacks me or my dog I’m spraying it”. I think she’s completely overreacting. I don’t want to re-home my cat because my cat was here first. If anything her puppy should go! She says she didn’t know we even had a cat (two actually) because before getting her puppy she had no reason to utilize the backyard and she just assumed my cat was a stray. But now that she knows he’s definitely here to stay, her dog needs to go.

No he is not “fixed”. And he’s part of the family! He is an outdoor cat 80% of the time. It’s not my fault if they’re out there at the same time! You can’t control a cat, they do whatever they want!

We were here FIRST! And nobody ever complained about my cats. Before she got a dog she should’ve asked if anybody else that uses the backyard had any animals. I’m not irresponsible, SHE IS!! My cat is an Angel with me, he’s just protective and that’s a good thing. And her puppy is always trying to approach and play with my cats so they scratch and hiss him away. She should train him better.
