I’m terrified of being a first time mom.

My boyfriend and I have been together for a long time, our families would welcome and have also encouraged having a baby. I am pregnant and we were not trying to have a baby however, just pre ordered a new vehicle, started paying off debt, and wanted to build a house and get engaged / married. My boyfriend is terrified we won’t have anything because this is going to be expensive. We don’t have friends with kids, we don’t have much experience at all. My boyfriend is beyond terrified and doesn’t think we can do this so we have been weighing our options. Can anyone share their thoughts or maybe perspective from when they first found out. I feel like if my boyfriend was more confident I would be excited but right now all I can do is be terrified I’m ruining our life.
