Pregnant soon after ectopic

Hello ladies, I had an ectopic pregnancy at the end of July. I lucky was able to keep my tubes but had to have a methotrexate injection on July 31st 2022. I had my period on August 29th and just found out today that I am pregnant again! My question to you is, has anyone ever gotten pregnant again so quickly after an ectopic and having the injection? Also, how did the pregnancy turn out; was it intrauterine and was the baby healthy? I’ve read that methotrexate could cause birth abnormalities but I’ve also read that it is out of your system in a week so I think I should be in the clear but I really don’t know anything lol I’m just really stressed ):
