Weight loss help
I’m new to this whole weight loss thing and wanna do it healthy. How many more calories do I need to burn then I eat? I eat about 1,500-1,700 calories a day. I work out mildly by walking mostly and doing weights and cardio some days. I’ve overdone it in the last and I don’t wanna do that this time I wanna do it right. I also eat pretty healthy too.
