Anyone get pregnant after their "first time" after having their first?

I know this may be a silly question since you're extremely fertile after giving birth but I want to know how many people actually did get pregnant immediately after having their first baby.

My husband and I waited until 10 weeks postpartum to have sex again and we used the pull out method (we were both in the mood and wasn't prepared so didn't think it through well).

Then a few nights later I had a dream I was pregnant again but with a boy and we eventually welcomed our happy amazing son.

I thought this was just hormones or the fact my mom brain is now questioning "what's one more baby?" so I didn't pay any mind.

Then this morning my sister in law texts me and says she had a dream that I was pregnant.

Now, either I just screwed myself over or someone else in the family is pregnant 😅. So now my anxiety is having a field day.

I haven't gotten my period yet, just on and off spotting since the initial bleeding stopped. An we're breastfeeding. So now I either wait for my first period or for morning sickness 🤦🏻‍♀️.
