Please help!!! Please Mean gestational sac measure’s only 6.7mm(.67cm) at 5 week 3 days

We have been try for one year and finally we got our Bfp
Yesterday go to my first transvaginal scan and my he’s sac measures only .67cm
Doctor told me baby growth is low…
Am in so much tension feel lost…
Please give your insights..
anybody have this at 5week 3 days and a healthy pregnancy…. Please share your experience to ease my mind….
