Any early warning signs for multiples?

Question

Does anyone have any early warning signs they experienced that indicated to them that they might be having twins/multiples? 
This is my second pregnancy but at 8.5 weeks I’m already showing (doesn’t feel like bloat this time) and my symptoms are CRAZY intense compared to when I was last pregnant. 
I’m in the UK so we don’t get blood tests to test levels of HCG, and am not offered an ultrasound until 12 weeks

Honestly as crazy as it sounds,  I just had a gut feeling. i have always tested positive super early so that wasn’t a sign for me but the first trimester for me was TERRIBLE I was soooooo sick!

my symptoms with second and third pregnancies were way more intense. just singletons.
