Vomiting & High BP?

Just wondering if it’s worth calling the midwife over. I’ve violently thrown up today, my bp has read 130/97 and 132/75 at different times and I’ve had the runs all weekend.

I don’t want to waste NHS time but also feeling a bit worried. I’m 38+2

Went to triage in the end because baby movement slowed down, he’s fine! Thankfully :) but she did note I’ve been contracting (braxton hicks) and I didnt even notice. So I’m taking it easy now, they also think I have a stomach bug and it should go away on its own in 48hrs or so
