First ultrasound tomorrow at 10W5D

I have my first ultrasound tomorrow and I’m so scared I’ll go into a appt with a baby with no heart beat. I guess most people feel this way, I haven’t felt too bad so far I don’t really have any symptoms besides tender boobs, frequent urination and eating a lot more and A LOT of bloating! Lol, I just haven’t really had any morning sickness which worries me. I haven’t had any bleeding I just pray that everything is good 😭
