Are snacks for lunch ok?
I’m 7 weeks 3 days pregnant and officially at the point where I can’t stomach ANYTHING. Even the idea of looking at something that isn’t fruit, snacks, or dessert make me vomit😅 (I’m pretty much ok by dinner time). My rotation has been grapes, fruit cups, pop tarts, and usually some form of a chip. I’m a bit of a health addict, so it’s driving me mad not even being able to look at a vegetable.😂 I was just wondering if it’s ok, or if I seriously need to find a way to incorporate other things for lunch.
