!!! Emergency!!!

I need to put my mom out!! We live in this house and it’s in my name and my brother name but my brother doesn’t live here! Me, her, and small son have lived here for years. My mother is an alcoholic and gets drunk like every other night and harasses me!! Says all kind of nasty things to me and talks shit about me on the phone! She also harasses my son! She has even put her hands on me!!! Im sick of it!! I was wondering if anyone knows can I just have her removed from the property? Do I have to go to court to get her out? Even though my brother doesn’t live here do I need his approval!?!?
