Correct me if I’m wrong..

I have always been the kind of person to look out for others. My boyfriend seems to think I’m suppose to pay all the rent for the 3 rd month because he just got a new job and this is his second check. Remind you they’re cutting hours at my job and I’m barely getting by as we speak. He was always in between jobs or completely not having one and I was always the one to pay everything then when he got a job to help out I was happy he always paid half the bills with me not all the bills but some but I was happy because I got a mini break then he kept losing his jobs and we go back to square 1 with me paying everything. So I texted him when I was at work asking could he send his half of rent since he just got paid so I can pay the rent. He text me back saying” I thought you would let me keep this check like you sometimes do I didn’t make much on this check” I said why do you think I need to let you keep a check because it wasn’t enough? I’m barley making it and you want me to pay all the rent again. I just spend 200 dollars at the grocery store. 1 something at wall art getting stuff we need for the house. I told him he forreal either get out or pay your half. I’ve been paying everything on and off for a while I’m tired.
