Did labor literally just randomly start for you?

I’m having a hard time believing labor just starts out of nowhere as that’s never happened for me (3rd pregnancy). I feel like you have to be active in walking or working on your feet all day or having sex. My first I was off my feet at my job had Braxton Hicks for a week straight non stop and the night I labored I ran around the house had her 41 weeks. My second I did the mid wives brew at 39 and 6days. Had contractions got to the hospital they slowed n I got induced. This time I literally thought 2 days ago I was gonna go into labor was relaxing and contractions slowed 😭 feel like I have to run around for this to happen. Has anyone worked off their feet and literally had labor start by itself?
