Any tips for natural inducing ?

Hello , so I am currently 39weeks 3days and no signs of baby coming any time soon .. ever since the beginning of pregnancy I was told that baby was measuring a week ahead .. my last OB appointment was 9/28 and the DR said he thought the baby would of been born by now and be more dilated.. they checked my dilation last Wednesday and I wAs 1cm 😔I’ve had cramps and pressure but nothing that progresses into contractions .. I’ve been walking , used the medicine ball , ate dates and curb walked as well .. sex is not an option as I am a single mother . Due date is 10/4 but I don’t want them to push the C section option .. any tips that helped?

Baby will come when baby wants to. You just got to full term. Dilation means absolutely nothing until you are in active labor. So what the dr said on that is wrong. 
Csection should not even be an option unless it’s a true medical need. Same goes with induction. You can easily go another 2wks and not need any of that. Don’t let that dr pressure you into anything. You have every right to decline any medical procedure.

You could ask for membrane sweep or ask your doctor about nipple stimulation. The second one sounds weird, I know, but studies show that the feeling on breastfeeding (even with your hands) can give enough oxytocin to push labor if you are full term. I definitely recommend talking to your doctor or calling the nurse line first.

Girl I’m 39+ 1 and right there with you. Swore I was about to go into labor 2 days ago when contractions were mild but then faded away. Today same thing and I went walking and jogged around the house and danced lol. Iv also been drinking the tea. I will say it down bring on light contractions for a bit then just go away. I’m over it at this point 😭. My babies just love to be cozied up in there.

First of all don't ever let any doctor make you feel pressured into induction or C-section unless there is an actual medical need. 
Pregnancy can safely go on up to 42 weeks and if you and baby are both well there is nothing wrong with that. There is no reason to feel pressured into getting baby out so your doctor won't push a C-section when there is no need for one.
Your body will go into labor when it and your baby are ready.
My personal experience was absolutely zero signs of labor until I actually went into labor. Thankfully I had an amazing doctor who encouraged natural labor. At my last prenatal appointment I was 39 weeks with zero dilation. Of course I did all the things to try and go into labor which was completely unnecessary. I walked and walked and walked, had intercourse, tried pumping, all okayed by OB of course but my body and baby just wasn't ready. I was almost 41 weeks when I finally all of the sudden woke up in labor. I'm a small woman and birthed a nearly 10 lb baby who was over due and the word "C-section" was never uttered by any medical professional.

You can try red raspberry leaf tea. Also you don’t need a partner to have orgasms, which is half the reason sex is recommended. It releases the hormone into your brain that it needs to signal labor. Whatever you do DON’T try castor oil. It might trigger labor, but you also might have a baby in a pool of diarrhea. 🤢

You don’t necessarily have to have sex. You could masturbate. the orgasm helps get contractions started since it releases oxytocin. you can’t really naturally induce unless you body is ready, but it can’t hurt. sounds like your doing all the right things by being active. It just takes time.

Like the other commenter said, there’s no reason for induction or c section however I agree, I don’t want to even hear it suggested get from my doctor so I’m feeling a little pressure to make some progress by next appointment.

I don't have any warning signs prior to contractions and have gone into labor on my due date both times. I also have big babies lol Don't let them pressure you into anything you don't feel comfortable with.
