So lightheaded 1 week postpartum normal?

Is this normal? I had a vaginal birth everyday was good. Bleeding is normal. I’m feeling so lightheaded and dizzy sometimes. Sometimes I’ll feel ok but other times in the day I just get so dizzy and lightheaded. Is this normal??

Yes, normal, I had to take iron supplements because of a very low iron storage left after pregnancy. Lack of sleep, hormonal changes, etc. can make dizziness worse. You can get blood work done too, maybe you need to take some vitamins 😊
