33+3 and baby is transverse

Anyone else have a little one that’s not in position yet? I’m 33+3 and she’s lay completely horizontally across me. I have pelvic problems (my pelvis has come apart and is stuck on one side and twisting on the other) so I can’t do the spinning babies moves. I had my other little girl 23/12/2021, so my pregnancies have been back to back.

I’m going for a scan on Monday, and they’ve offered for me to have a manipulation, in a few weeks; but it’ll be a C-Section if she doesn’t move. Anyone in a similar situation?
