Where’s my period?

My last period was on July 23rd and it’s currently October 5th… I got on nexplanon on July 2nd but got off on August 3rd due too many side effects. IVE NEVER MISSED A PERIOD. I’ve had nexplanon before and was regular in it. So me not having a period has been really weird. 2 days ago I thought my period came but I only bled for a few hrs , more than spotting but less than a period. Not even to fill a pad nor tampon. After that I started having brown blood but not enough to show unless I wipe. Which is still very little. I’ve been testing and they are all negative. Anyone deal with this as well? I’m waiting on a blood test result but they told me it takes 2 weeks for a result not sure if it would be different…
