I just found out I. Was pregnant  like 1 weeks ago today I started bleeding and past an big clot this was my first pregnancy does anyone have advice I’m lost and sad right now

I am so sorry. I would go to the ER and get checked out. This happened to me last month and I indeed was miscarrying. I was 6 ish weeks, 1 week after we found out as well. They did blood work and told me my hcg was lower than what it should be and I waited an hour for an ultrasound and within the hour I lost quite a few clots like your picture and by the time I went in for my ultrasound they couldn’t see anything on the screen. 
It could be a subchorionic hematoma but idk much about those. If you are miscarrying I am sorry for your loss and will be praying for you, it’s hard and I am here if you need to talk. Remember all of your feelings are valid!
