It’s not raised, doesn’t hurt or itch, literally like a pen dot.

It doesn’t wash off and has been there for around 2/3 weeks

It's a blood blister. They usually go on their own and shouldn't need treatment.

If it’s a mole, you need to get it checked. You shouldn’t have any on the palm side of your hand
