Is it too soon to test or is this normal??

Hey ladies, I’ve been on birth control for almost 4 years now. I’ve only had 1 “pregnancy” scare but my period just came a day late. I’m on the ring so I know when to expect my period and I have yet to receive it and it’s usually never this “late”. I’m having like a pinkish tinge when I pee SOMETIMES not all the time but no cramps or anything. What do you guys think? I’m going to go buy tests right now.

Ps. I’ve recently lost almost 40lbs in the last 5 months so could that throw it off??
