Miscarriage no bleeding?
I’m currently 12 weeks. I have not had an appetite till this week. I do have back pain but it could be my weight. I lost 8 pounds so far. Is it possible to miscarry at this time and not bleed or cramp? I don’t feel pregnant especially getting my appetite back. Am I being paranoid?
