Keep losing track.
Hello!
I'm a pcos patient ( polycystic ovary syndrome) which makes it ×10 times harder for me to lose weight. I've been trying to lose weight for so long but my progress is too slow ( taking metformin as well ). In the last 3 months i have been able to finally lose 5 kilos ( from 72 to 68 kilos ) ( I'm 160cm ) doing the Intermittent Fasting... Now im in my second year of college, and there's a lot of stress and work and i find myself eating like crrrraazyy again even without feeling hungry and i stopped the fasting because everyday my schedule is different... Now i am 70kg again and i am very disappointed and down because i keep gaining it back again.
Is there any practical advice for me ???? How should i approach this?
