What could these spots be?

Currently 5 weeks pregnant and I started feeling itchy recently, the doctor wants to check my liver etc
Well now I have this rash on my head and my chest? When I itch my arms it comes up like this too?

They not to jump to conclusions, doctor will rule out big things first as they should but our skin does WEIRD shit when pregnant. Some products we have used forever may cause us to break out, random bumps come up and disappear after pregnancy... it's really weird. To me, it could be eczema or an allergic reaction to something but I would still let your doc check the big things to ensure everything is in the clear.

Dermatitis? Eczema. Maybe something you are consuming or coming in contact with is affecting the baby. My niece had a dairy allergy that she outgrew as she got older. But even when my sister in law was pregnant and she had dairy it affected her. My niece has a lot of allergies. Came from my mom. I do too. My niece gets hives around the mouth etc if she has avocado or humus or sesame or even oils derived from them. Check out your diet. Maybe an allergy test to know what to stay away from.
