Urgent help please

My boyfriend and I were grinding, without protection, without penetration (i never got penetrated yet) however he didn’t cum (pre cum was present)

My period is late. I assumed it was because i started intermittent fasting recently.

I took 2 pregnancy tests that turned out to be negative.

However, I have cramps and white discharge. Some people told me those are early signs of pregnancy.

Could it be?
