Ladies !?

So I already had my period the beginning of this month 7-9 & then nothing! I had symptoms before I got my period last time (sore nipples, cramps) but I haven’t had any symptoms of a period coming early or starting. The only thing what I’ve felt is to have ovulation cramps on one side over the last few days other than that though I haven’t had a positive LH test or a peak so I’m honestly stumped rn 😔 Although I don’t think it’s related but I had SEVERE diarrhea & vomiting a few times over the last 2 days… 🤷🏽‍♀️

Thoughts would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏽
