Baby moves more at nights meaning?

My baby literally hardly ever moves during the day. Honestly, sometimes I think she might not be alive. Until I stayed up late and at around 11pm that’s when she starts. It’s like she’s keeping a whole party in there. Does this mean that when she’s born she will stay awake at nights? 👀 this is what I heard, but I want to ask the other mommies on here if it is false.

Babies are more likely to move in utero when you are still, which is why a lot of people notice more movement at night. When you’re moving around during the day it rocks them to sleep.

For me it was true. My little one was always super active starting at 10 PM til like 4AM with breaks in between. She’s a week old now and loves to be wide awake at 2AM 🙃. She’s getting better though, doesn’t last long.

My second loooved to move around mostly at night when in my tummy. I think me being up and about during the day helped lull him to sleep and then when I was settled at night he decided it was time to party. He’s 7 months now and he’s been my “better sleeper” of the two. Never had an issue mixing up days and nights either 🤷🏻‍♀️.
