Is this normal to pass?

I normally pass huge blood clots or bigger during my period. We’ve been TTC for a couple of months now and last week we were getting very faint positives. Sunday I started testing negative and Tuesday I got my period. Is this even normal to pass on a period? I’m now genuinely curious if passing clots this big or bigger normal? 8 years ago when I was 17, I had an abortion and did the pill version and was passing clots similar in size. Giving me flashbacks to that time.
