They cancelled my IUI — Azoospermia

Writing this through blurred eyes. I’m devastated. I was on my way to my IUI appt when the fertility clinic called and said there was no sperm in my husband’s semen… this is shocking and devastating because we have one healthy child from natural and quick conception…

We have been trying for six months (+) and decided to do our first round of IUI this month…

Has anyone else’s experienced no sperm in their partner’s semen (Azoospermia) and if so, what did you do and what was the outcome? I really just need to hear that I have options because the idea of not having another child is… unthinkable.
