No. In my home Santa is a Christmas time character we see in books and movies and thats it.
I personally feel like teaching kids Santa is real isn't magical at all. There are children living in poverty seeing their friends at school come back from Christmas break talking about all the things they got while the poor child is wondering what they did so bad for Santa to skip their house.
While the idea of Santa is fun I feel like it can do more harm than good for many reasons so we've been very careful to make sure our child sees Santa as a character and that's it.

We dont teach about Santa at all. My husband and i work extremely hard to provide them with the things that they need and want. Im not going to let some fictional character take credit. We can have a magical christmas without all of that garbage.

No. It’s lying to your kids. I’m not ok with that. Also if I lie to them about Santa, how do they know I’m telling the truth when I tell them about Jesus? That’s my perspective.

In our home we believe in Santa!
The reason he visits us is because mom and dad believe, my kids understand that he doesn't visit everyone because not everyone believes. If there are parents who don't want Santa in their home, then he can't go there because that's their own rules for their own house and I think it helps them believe longer the way we've explained it so far. It also makes it easier to explain why Santa doesn't visit everyone, and my children know to never make someone else feel bad if Santa couldn't visit them.  
They also know, that Santa knows if mom and dad wouldn't approve of a gift, since he knows our hearts. Like asking for a puppy would be silly, cause Santa knows that mom and dad don't think that an animal is a good gift. And Santa must still follow mom and dad's rules. 
Santa brings 3 small gifts to each child - 1) something to read 2) something they need 3) something small they want (we always take credit for the best things under our tree!)
When they get older and we can no longer keep Santa alive in the same spirt that they have known, I write out a letter and they then become a Santa, along with mom and dad. We did it for the first time a few years back with our oldest when he was about 13. It was a wonderful experience! And we'll do the same with each of our kids, likely around the same age. 
Now our oldest understands the shift in the Santa spirt and I believe he also sees how amazing the childhood Santa spirt memories have become. 
My oldest now gets to share in some of the excitement, helping younger children enjoy the season and spirt, he also gets to take part in giving ideas on what our 2 elves (the elf on the shelf) should do! It's been fun having him be a Santa's Helper!
Whether my children will continue the Santa tradition, I do not know. But how we have done it has been amazing, at least for us!

We just let it happen naturally I guess. We don’t intentionally teach about Santa but we don’t not teach it either I guess. Santa brings one present and we go to meet him at the car dealership during a winter festival of sorts. The other day our son (age 4) asked where Santa lives and if we can go visit. He has some books and beanie babies. But we don’t like sit him down and teach him about the idea of Santa.

My mom grew up very poor with a single mom and thought she must have been naughty because santa didnt bring her presents, cuz of that dumb song and the 'you better be good or else santa wont come" thing that adults sonetimes says to kids (her mom didnt do that but she heard it from other kids that theyre being good for santa). We didnt grow up with santa and I find the santa message to be a bit odd.

I don’t see why people have such harsh opinions on it one way or the other, it’s not a big deal. My son never believed in Santa, I told him about Santa when he was 2, he looked confused for a second and then shook his head and said, “nah.” Lol. But we still do pictures with Santa, the Santa tracker, and Santa brings him a present on Christmas even though he doesn’t really believe it because he still has fun with the idea and that’s the whole point
