Do I tell my bf about my miscarriage?

Hi I'm just the ripe age of 21 and have just had a spontaneous early first trimester miscarriage. Neither my boyfriend or I are trying to get children currently, as we are both still studying uni for a few years and would like to first settle down properly after.

We love each other very much and he's a very supportive boyfriend, I struggle with some mental things like PTSD and general anxiety, but he's extremely patient and loves me all the same.

But I am not sure if I should tell him about the early miscarriage, I'm afraid it might change how we both look at our relationship... I don't even know if I want kids, but losing what could've been a beautiful baby honestly really shocked me and makes me really depressed.

Do I tell him?
