Owlet - False alarms or an issue??

Question

Has anyone had an issue where the Owlet sock sounds an alarm to notify you of low oxygen but the heart rate monitoring remains consistent? 
I’m hoping ours was a false alarm for oxygen but the heart rate didn’t change much… so if the sock was loose I assume it wouldn’t have recorded the heart rate either..?

I haven’t had this issue. I agree you would think if it was a placement issue it wouldn’t read heart rate either

I have had it give me a false low oxygen alert while nursing. She gets choked sometimes because I have a strong let down and it has alerted me a couple of times but that was it.
