My daughter has started developing these white patches around her chin and neck..

White patches could be vitiligo

Clean babies neck daily with warm cloth and pat dry. If you notice a little red, apply a little A&D ointment. As far as the patches, could be eczema.

Beside the white patches the redness of her neck is worrying. The neck needs to ne cleaned and dried out daily :/ I didn't know that with my first as well.

Why is the neck area so red? Has it been left wet maybe from feeds? Or has baby got eczema? The patches could be because of rubbing but I think you should have baby looked at asap
