Help I'm confused

So since I have had my first positive I took a few more the other day to see line progression and this was my results but I was supposed to have my period Monday October 24th if I wasn't pregnant and I still haven't gotten it I have had the same symptoms still tho and had more start like nausea and some vomiting and my boobs are so sore I just don't know what is going on or what it could be Normally before I have a period my nipples hurt but not my whole boobs and I cramp a lot but I haven't been at all
