Is this normal?

My baby is 7 weeks old & has been only drinking 2 1/2 - 3 oz of formula every 2-3 hours.

Is this normal?

In general he’s been a pretty fussy baby.

Is it the formula?

His bottles are cold because I pre make them & keep them in a mini fridge but he does it with fresh bottles as well.

Edit- made baby’s bottle warm & still only drank 2 oz.

Gave him medicine last night & this morning.
