Formula & milk allergy

Hi I need some advice, so my baby has been on 3 formulas now first was Similac 360 Total Care which I new wasn’t agreeing with him, so his pediatrician switched him to enfamil gentlease which I thought was agreeing with him perfectly even though he was spitting up with him. But then we went to the pediatrician yesterday to come find he has a milk allergy cause they tested his stool and noticed there was traces of blood in it…that all being said I just switched to him to the enfamil hypoallergenic and I feel like he is spitting up on this one too…is this normal does his body need to get adjusted too it? He is 5 weeks old. Just feeling defeated at this point, I am a first time mommy.
