What other sicknesses are there?!

I had a sore throat on and off for over a week. I swore it was from acid reflux. One day it was fine the next sore as could be. Then Friday I started with a phlegmy throat. Saturday through today I have a horse voice/no voice and now the slightest ever runny nose making my throat tickle and cough. I did a covid test that was neg. I just had the flu two weeks ago. Now I’m worried about my 9mo as I swore it was just acid reflux and have been obviously close to him …. Other than being tired as always (mom of 2 boys) I have been working and fine. Occasional LOW temp of 99.3 but nothing higher. My anxiety is getting the best of me as we have my sons baptism this weekend.
