Heartbroken

Well it’s official after finding out I’m pregnant again after miscarrying in march of 2021 I started bleeding but my levels were still raising so we stayed positive. Had my first scan but only saw what looked like a gestational sac measuring at 5 weeks and 3 days. Got more blood drawn and levels went down significantly. Second miscarriage and it feels even harder then the first. I really thought this was the one. I just wish it didn’t hurt so much.
