How early is too early for Christmas?

I wanted to put this poll up to see when people think that it's fine to start getting in the Christmas Spirit! 
Personally, my family has always said no Christmas themed stuff until after Remembrance Day which is Nov 11th (we are from Canada so we call it Remembrance Day and not Veteran's Day), and then we usually put our tree up in the living room in the first weekend in December.
 I also put American Thanksgiving, which is in late November, in the poll as an option for all you American peeps!

For me, dragging Christmas on for months just kills the specialness of it. There’s no excitement seeing decorations and hearing the songs when it’s all been around since Halloween. Keep it just for December ❤️

Well my friends, the majority has ruled that the Christmas Spirit should not begin until during or after American Thanksgiving at the earliest 🦃🍂🎄
Of course, it is your life and your house so do as you see fit!✨️
Furthermore, some have commented that they do not awaken the Christmas Spirit until as late as two weeks before Christmas Day! Let it be known that the season of Advent, the traditional church season dedicated to the anticipation of Christ's birth, begins on the fourth Sunday before Christmas Day 🌠
For the year of 2022, the first day of Advent is Sunday, November 27th. Therefore the Christmas Spirit formally commences on November 27th ❤️🎄🌠

Growing up, our tradition was to start decorating the day after Thanksgivings. I try to stick with it to keep each holiday separate. I know a lot of people who start before though too. I think as long as long as you are having fun then go for it!

I refuse to do anything Christmas until after thanksgiving. Most of the time we don’t put anything up until the middle of December.

People can decorate and get ready for Christmas whenever they want. If it brings someone joy to decorate in early November, late October, or whatever, it's fine. If they're blasting Christmas music in July, also fine. If they want Christmas decorations up all year, who does it hurt? I'm all for letting people find some joy in life and if rolling out the Christmas decorations months in advance is it for them, so be it.

I usually wait till after Thanksgiving, but after the year I've had, I will be decorating as soon as I get the keys to my new house. My big white tree is going to look AMAZING in from of my new front window. Could be next week (hopefully), could be December (God, I hope not!).

Growing up, whenever we went to family house for thanksgiving they had the Christmas tree up, and I absolutely fell in love with it. Just the tree with the ornaments, everything thing else was strictly thanksgiving decor and it made it feel more like the holidays. With my own family now that’s what I do, put up the Christmas tree before thanksgiving then after thanksgiving, go full on Christmas decor. But the presents don’t start going under the tree until like a week before Christmas

Ive always grown up with the tradition that you go get your christmas tree the day after thanksgiving and then begin decorating.
