3rd time pregnancy first time with GD

this is my first time being diagnosed with GD and im 34+6, i take metformin and my sugar levels are great all the time but my question is, when baby engages does it hurt more? I don't remember being in this much pain with my first or second but now sometimes it's so painful I can't even walk or stand is this normal? Also really worried baby might come early due to GD, which is ridiculous because everything is fine sorta thing and I will be induced maybe a week early nothing is set in stone yet....any suggestions?
