Cold toddler approved lunch idea’s?

My son can only bring cold lunches to his daycare. We’ve been sending Turkey sandwiched the last 2 months. Anyone have any cold lunch ideas?

Pastas! Our toddler likes pasta salad, I’ll put cheese and pepperoni. Cherry tomatoes cut up if your toddler will eat that. You could also do shredded chicken, turkey, or really any meat with the pasta (or a different meat in a sandwich). For sauce for the pasta you could do just oil or butter, pesto, Alfredo, red sauce.

Different meats. Different condiments on the sandwiches (hummus, pesto, butter, mustard, mayo, ranch, cream cheese). 
Pesto pasta
Pasta salad
Buttered pasta
Raw veggies and fruits (cucumber, celery, carrots, snap peas, unshelled edamame, zucchini, seaweed, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, cherry tomatoes, clementines, apples…etc)
Hard boiled eggs
Pancakes/waffles
Most dinner leftovers can be served cold
Remember that there doesn’t have to be a sandwich as a main course…that protein can be one hard boiled egg or chia seed pudding or hummus
