How do you deal with a mil giving you bad gifts. For Christmas she gave me a pink duster and husband told her I'm not a big fan of wearing pink and she gave me the brightest pink slippers. And given our history and getting to know her through the years this is what she does. I usually say thank you. But then I'm pregnant and I overheard she's getting me a moo moo. I'm 28 years old and I hate how my husband mentions my insecurities about my weight and so she decided to be nice and knowing my style. She literally is giving me a moo moo. And I really don't know what to say. My husband will say oh she wants you to be comfortable. Please. Like I said I know her and he's blinded by his angel mother. She's not horrible but with my hormones I might cry because she has had issues with her weight and feels insacure too and has even talked bad about moo moos. So should I just say thank you again and not wear it ?
