15 Month old won’t eat

So my 15 month old hasn’t been willing to eat anything considered “meals”. She will eat toast…eggos…snacks but no matter what I do I can’t get her to eat veggies or meat. I’m scared to death she’ll be lacking in vitamins because of this. She’s on whole milk but only gets a bottle in the morning and one before bed. She looks and acts healthy and she’ll eat other things so It’s not a case of a poor appetite. I’ve tried feeding her and letting her feed herself. Is there something I can give her as a replacement? Thoughts??
